The MN Coil Servicecenter’s patented HSC cutting process has resulted in a significant improvement in the resistance to edge cracking of aluminium blanks according to a study by the Institute for Metal Forming Technology. Edge cracking is one of the most common faults when forming sheet metal components made of steel or aluminum. In this respect, MN’s process surpasses both conventional shearing and water jet or laser cutting. Read the complete article here.
